Physical Property of Non-Metal - Physical State

Physical State of  Non-metals:

All of the metals all non-metals are solids(carbon) or gases(oxygen) at room temperature. Bromine is the only non-metals that exist as a liquid at room temperature.Iodine is an intensely colored solid with an almost metallic luster. This solid sublimes when heated to form a violet-colored gas.

Malleability of Non- metals: Non- metals are brittle and cannot be beaten into sheets or foils. Hence they are non-malleable.
